Transition 5.0
Sustainability
The ecological, energy, and digital transition is a critical focus for institutions, companies, and society as a whole, increasingly shaped by factors such as environmental impact, rising energy costs, raw material scarcity, and growing consumer awareness.
By 2028, companies will be required to progressively report on their sustainability efforts, which can no longer be a mere declaration of intent but must reflect a deep internal cultural shift, transforming production and consumption models.
The Circular Economy supports the development of new sustainable products and services through eco-design, using renewable materials and energy sources to reduce pollution. Extending the useful life of products, enhancing their lifecycle, and reducing waste are essential components.

Analyzing production processes will reveal the level of technological innovation needed to minimize waste and consumption, ensuring a sustainable approach. Moreover, engaging and training employees in sustainable practices is fundamental. Lastly, implementing monitoring systems will enable the evaluation of environmental, social, and business performance and impacts, fostering continuous improvement.
Management systems
In a complex world, Organizational and Management systems are increasingly vital, especially those grounded in standardization, offering clear and structured pathways to achieve objectives.
Adopting the ISO9001 system highlights how organizational processes are specifically designed and implemented. When undertaken with the active involvement of key stakeholders and robust support from information systems, it provides a strong foundation for enhancing business competitiveness and productivity.
In many sectors, adopting specific certification systems is a requirement imposed by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). However, by leveraging required “core tools” such as APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, FAI, and/or PPAP, FOD, companies codify essential know-how, contributing significantly to their "intangible capital" and adding long-term value.
In these contexts, we design and implement corporate Quality Management Systems based on the ISO9001 standard and support companies in obtaining advanced, sector-specific certifications like IATF16949 (for the automotive sector) and AS/EN9100 and NADCAP (for the aerospace and defense sectors).
Our approach begins with an initial assessment of the Company's business vision within each certification framework, enhancing the Company’s market position and production and organizational structure, and subsequently proposing system advancements aligned with the Client’s goals and resources.
