Ergonomics and Human Factors Engineering
Through a multidisciplinary, inclusive, and international approach, we integrate Human Factors Engineering into the design processes to optimize Human-Machine Interaction and Human-System Interaction, i.e., interactions among people, machines, and environments.

Born from the evolution of traditional Technical Communication, Multimedia Technical Communication is now the most user-friendly and sustainable system for collecting, organizing, and delivering technical information.
Remaining a core component in supporting products across global markets and structuring technical-operational information, Multimedia Technical Communication overcomes ethnic and language barriers, reduces costs and errors, and simplifies the accessibility of technical information.
Starting with traditional technical documentation for producing User Manuals, Assembly Instructions for Partially Completed Machinery, Customer-Specific Technical Documentation for Machinery—particularly in the Automotive sector (AUDI, GENERAL MOTORS, SCANIA, STELLANTIS, VOLKSWAGEN), After-Sales Service Manuals, and Assembly Manuals—today, we have shifted to multimedia production of technical information, including Graphic Illustrations, Static Images, Technical Videos (TIVs), and Tutorial Videos.
Where traditional methods give way to multimedia, it is essential to ensure a seamless digital experience for the Operator, thus marking the next step in the history of Technical Documentation: Digital Documentation. This shift has led to the development of Digital Platforms for Technical Communication, responsive digital platforms that support various operational functions:
